要は蜂蜜を添加しているんです。ですので、ミードとも違うので、飽くまでも「その他の醸造酒」ということになります。

ラベルのように果実香が豊かで、爽やかさを持ちながら、しなやかな甘さとでも言いましょうか、上品でありながらも妖艶な甘さ。

これまでのFresh Hopとは明らかに仕立てが違います。ですので、その延長線上では考えずに、新しいお酒だとしてお楽しみいただければと思います。

It’s sometimes cold, sometimes hot. This is Imai from the Oishii Sake Club, listening to Murata Tomohiro’s “Sake Is Good.” Thinking about the abnormal weather, I’m thinking about how it’s all going to turn out. I’m thinking about making it our theme song.

Have you ever encountered a sweet drink called mead? It’s one of those “other brewed alcoholic beverages” that’s popular among young people.

It’s basically made with honey. So, it’s not exactly mead, and it’s definitely “other brewed alcoholic beverages.”
・
Just like the label says, it’s rich in fruity aromas, refreshing, and with a supple sweetness—a refined yet seductive sweetness.
・
It’s clearly crafted differently from our previous Fresh Hops. So, rather than thinking of it as an extension of the original, I hope you’ll enjoy it as a new drink.

It’s called the master brewer’s philosophy, but first try riding it in the palm of the brewer’s hand. Then decide whether to continue riding it or get off. I want to continue riding it.
