I’m enjoying a cold sake, even though I hate the heat. Ah, this is Imai from the Delicious Sake Club.

Sake is currently facing many problems and challenges. Therefore, there are sakes made in unique styles, and others that are changing the rules, making it difficult to speak about the merits of sake in a single sentence.

The sake I’m introducing today is also the result of the brewer’s own interpretation of the questions they faced and giving it form. Therefore, it’s just a stepping stone, and the ultimate goal is still shrouded in mystery. Perhaps every brewery is struggling to find the answer.
・
Conversely, it might be a question of how far one can go with a defiant attitude. The demand now isn’t to find the answer, but to take steps towards finding it. This sake was born as one such step.

I now believe that for drinkers, continuing to search for “even more favorite sakes” without settling for just one “favorite sake” is what constitutes growth as a drinker.
