小さな一人ができること、令和6年能登半島地震を受けて

ご存知のように能登半島突端では壊滅的な被害を受けました。能登杜氏と呼ばれる人たちが大切に育んできた蔵が甚大な被害を受け、いまや造り貯めた酒さえも届かぬ状態です。全容を把握することは未だ困難で、テレビを通じて、ネットを通じて、断片的な情報を得るだけです。

それでも私たちにできることがあることは確かです。石川県の日本酒をいただくこと。消費から還元に向けての動きをおこなうことです。

おいしい酒倶楽部では今回の震災前の数馬酒造の閃を、またご紹介している吉田蔵ｕを、遊穂をご用意させていただきました。対流型還元にご協力ください。

As you know, the tip of the Noto Peninsula suffered devastating damage. The sake breweries that were carefully nurtured by people known as Noto chief brewers have suffered severe damage, and now even the sake they have produced cannot be delivered. It is still difficult to grasp the full picture, and only fragments of information can be obtained through television and the Internet.

However, there is certainly something we can do. Enjoying sake from Ishikawa Prefecture. It means moving from consumption to return.

At the Delicious Sake Club, we have prepared Yuho, Yoshida Kura U, which introduces the inspiration of Kazuma Sake Brewery before the earthquake. Please cooperate with convective reduction.

Also, as we will announce in the near future, we are planning to hold a screening of Noto Chief Brewer’s documentary film, “Ikken no Keiki.” We would appreciate it if you could participate in that section.
