今回は「赤い糸」との姉妹品であるお酒。赤い糸は「オシロイバナの花酵母」、このお酒は「ピンクのバラ」から採取した花酵母。

どちらも香り豊かで、甘み、酸味を整えて、飲み口優先での仕上げ。しかし、リズム感は軽やか。お酒のリズム感?と思った人も多いかと思いますが、上立ち香、アタック、膨らみ、消え方、後味、返り香と一連の流れだと思ってください。それがスムーズ。結果、きれいな飲み心地。

The turbulent Meiji era was a time when Warashiki Sake Brewery was founded in 1892 (Meiji 25) in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. It was founded with the hope that “every season would bring a smile to your face with sake.”

This time, we’re introducing a sake that is a sister product to “Akai Ito.” Akai Ito is made with “miribana flower yeast,” while this sake is made with flower yeast extracted from “pink roses.”

Both are richly fragrant, with balanced sweetness and acidity, and are finished with a priority on mouthfeel. However, the sense of rhythm is light. Many people may be wondering what the rhythm of sake is, but think of it as a continuous flow: top aroma, attack, fullness, fade, aftertaste, and aftertaste. It’s smooth.
