王祿、禅譲を見据えて誕生「王祿 六〇（ろくまる）山田錦60」
この時期になって全国の蔵元の動きが活性化してきました。蔵元にしてみれば、正月は元旦だけ。あとは酒造りという毎年なのでしょうが、今年は酒の造り方に変化が出ていると感じています。あ、失礼、おいしい酒倶楽部の今井です。

そのひとつに島根県の王祿酒造があります。創業170年余。詳しくは王祿酒造のサイトをご覧いただくと、その熱量が伝わって来ます。

今回、蔵に入って麹屋として８年間、その責を果たし、今回、責任醸造ということで仕込み１本を任されることと、2015年に発売された「丈径（たけみち）Blue」以来の新ブランドとして「王祿六〇（ろくまる）」が誕生することになりました。

その責に付いたのは七代目になるだろう石原克奎（まさふみ）氏。いずれはボトルに丈径氏のＴ、克奎氏のＭを付けて売り出し、時間と共に禅譲していきたいという考えらしい。

王祿酒造（島根県松江市）
This is the time of year when breweries across the country are becoming more active. For them, New Year’s Day is the only holiday they celebrate. The rest of the year is sake brewing, but this year, I feel like there are some changes in the way sake is made. Oh, excuse me, this is Imai from the Oishii Sake Club.
One such change is Ouroku Sake Brewery in Shimane Prefecture. Founded over 170 years ago. For more information, visit the Ouroku Sake Brewery website, and you’ll get a sense of their passion.
After eight years at the brewery as koji maker, I’ve now been entrusted with the responsibility of brewing an entire bottle. This marks the launch of “Ouroku Rokumaru,” the newest brand following “Takemichi Blue,” which was released in 2015.
The person in charge is Masafumi Ishihara, likely the seventh generation of the brewery. The idea is to eventually market the bottle with a T for Takekichi and an M for Masafumi, and to pass it on over time.
