The rainy season front has disappeared, and summer is at its hottest. I am Imai from Oishii Sake Club, a self-proclaimed friend of drinkers, who would like to tell you how to enjoy delicious sake at this time of year.

We aim to make “sake that is not too delicious” that you will not get tired of drinking.

I have been drinking Shinomine since before Oishii Sake Club was established. In that respect, it is a sake that I would like to recommend as one that you can feel safe with.

As you can see from the previous philosophy, this is a sake that does not do anything unnecessary. It is not emotional to say that the organic acids are skillfully intertwined, but it is definitely a chemical product.
・
I want to dispel that and make it a sake that appeals to emotions and is revered. In a sense, it is a justification for the drinker’s excuse. It is a sake that you want to drink even if you put so many words into it.
・
The good thing about Shinomine is that it’s made to be talked about in its entirety, rather than focusing on just a few parts. It’s a flavor that you’ll want to savor and talk about.
