飲み比べるために「奥播磨 山廃純米 強め 生酒 R5BY / R6BY」
日本酒という沼にハマっている、自称・飲み手代表、おいしい酒倶楽部の今井です。寒くなってきましたね。

I’m Imai from the Oishii Sake Club, a self-proclaimed drinker and a sucker for sake. It’s getting cold.
Don’t you think you can tell the difference by comparing different types? If you think something’s off, you can immediately verify it, right?
If you’re drinking to get drunk, you might not care about that sort of thing, but people who truly love sake are always searching for something even better. That’s why they’re driven by the desire to try different things.
In the mountains of Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. Surrounded on three sides by small hills, you’ll find Shimomura Sake Brewery, where this sake is brewed. However, for some reason, both R5BY and R6BY appeared at the same time. This was nothing short of a revelation: a drinking comparison.
Normally, this sake is displayed in a display case as chilled sake, but I’d like you to enjoy it at room temperature (20°C) or warm. What happens then? That’s up to you to decide. I’ll position myself somewhere between the sake and you.
