６代目製造責任者・阿部裕太が2015年から立ち上げた新ブランド「あべ」シリーズ。若手のホープと言っても過言ではないでしょう。

今回のお酒は貴醸酒です。どうやら私は甘過ぎない貴醸酒が好きなようです。そのひとつがこのお酒。スッキリといただける味わい、良いです。後残りしない喉越し、素敵です。そして、造り手の熱量が窺える潔さ、格好良いです。

Fomalhaut is a first-magnitude star in the autumn constellation Piscis Austrinus. Its name comes from Arabic, meaning “fish’s mouth,” and, as its name suggests, it is located in the fish’s mouth in the constellation.

The “Abe” series is a new brand launched in 2015 by sixth-generation production manager Abe Yuta. It’s no exaggeration to say it’s the hope of young sake makers.
・
The sake we’re featuring today is a kijoshu (sake with a sweet taste). It seems I like kijoshu that aren’t too sweet. This is one such sake. It has a refreshing taste, which is great. It goes down smoothly without a lingering aftertaste, which is wonderful. And the simplicity that reflects the maker’s passion is cool.

Have you ever wondered why you drink alcohol?

There’s a limit to how much you can drink in a day. That’s why you want to be selective. And if possible, choose something you think is good. I’d like to choose this one.
